• The NIBCO® wafer type butterfly valve provides bubble-tight shutoff at 250 PSI and is recommended for quick installation and removal from piping. • The NIBCO® ductile iron butterfly valves provide ease of operation with quarter-turn (90 degrees) open to close. The unique molded-in Buna-N seat liner with ductile iron disc provides good abrasion resistance properties and compatibility with solvents, oil, water and hydraulic fluid for compressed air and vacuum applications. With the internal stem/disc geometric drive design there is no need for pins or bolts that may create leak paths or turbulence in the waterway. An extended neck allows for insulation up to 2 inches.
