The NIBCO® bronze gate valve is designed for automatic fire sprinkler systems for on/off service to sprinkler hose. These valves are equipped with hose cap and chain (hose threads are American National Fire Hose threads 7.5 threads per inch). Non-rising stem gate valves are used when positive shutoff is required and space saving is a premium.
The NIBCO® bronze gate valve features a screw-in bonnet for service where infrequent maintenance is required. The valve features a hose cap and chain to provide accessibility for attaching fire hose. This valve is Underwriters Listed and FM Approved for automatic fire sprinkler systems.
